Continuing its heavy involvement in social media, the International Softball Federation has just posted a listing on the popular auction site eBay.

Up for bid – for seven days – is a rare Olympic collectible that has never before been available to the public. The item is a hard plastic display that contains one softball game ticket from each of the three Olympics in the 2000s (Sydney – 2000, Athens – 2004, and Beijing – 2008). These are actual/official tickets – not replicas.

A very limited quantity of these displays had been produced exclusively for the ISF, making it unlikely that one of these units will ever again be put up for sale or auction by the world governing body.

The auction is scheduled to end at 11:39 a.m. Eastern time on Friday, October 15, so bid now and bid high for your best chance at owning this rare piece of Olympic memorabilia.
